went there last sunday to see if they could do me a favorr of just glueing the outer side of tire to wheel for me. The wheel just came off of a Losi Ten T that i bought from them a few weeks ago. Well the girl went straight to the aisle where they would keep their glue and handed it to me. I go seriously? I cont' all i wanted was them to do me that favor. Well she says we probably don't have spare glue in the back. She says we can do it for you, you'll have to leave it here with us and it'll cost you 5 bucks. At this time another associate look at my wheel. He says i'll go have a look. comes within a min. says sorry no glue. Poor cust service. They could at least open up a new one and let me have a few dabs. But no. I guess they are hurting for funds since they wanted me to buy a 10 dolloar tube or pay 5 bucks to have them do it for. Where i could have done it there and left. I have been a cust there long enuff to have bought a Jato 3.3 and returned for spare parts. And recently like i mentioned a Losi Ten T at 525.00. Can't believe they have gone that cheap to not do me that favor. I walked out disgusted. I have written this same letter to the store earlier this week with no reply. There are other rc stores and of course the internet. Dont need those guys. I don't recommend this shop anymore.
