Very dissatisfied - Do not use this service 1/6/2012

My parents, who go to Florida from NY in the winter, just used Reliable to transport their car. Besides the bad customer service they received when the car was picked up (arrived very late, gave them hassles about putting items in car, etc) the person they hired to drive the transport showed up two days late in Florida. When the car arrived, more than half the gas was missing (probably used it to joy ride at some point) and the car was very damaged. Over $5,000 in damaged. Do not use this service. more

My wife and I are looking for auto Transport Company for our vehicle. After researching, I found the perfect enterprise to help us. My wife was very impressed with how accommodating and helpful everybody at Reliable Car Carrier.Our vehicle was picked at the right time; the driver never missed any detail as he was explaining the course of transportation. On delivery, the car was exactly as it was. Overall, the experience was flawless. We will surely contact Reliable Car Carrier for our future trips. more
