My parents, who go to Florida from NY in the winter, just used Reliable to transport their car. Besides the bad customer service they received when the car was picked up (arrived very late, gave them hassles about putting items in car, etc) the person they hired to drive the transport showed up two days late in Florida. When the car arrived, more than half the gas was missing (probably used it to joy ride at some point) and the car was very damaged. Over $5,000 in damaged. Do not use this service.
