Rejuv Skin & Laser Clinic

I went to Rejuv with a Groupon for laser hair removal but was completely open to purchasing more if I was happy with my service and results. My first appointment consisted of my technician trying to sell me more services (before I've even experienced 1 with them) and when I said I wasn't ready at this time, she clearly decided to stop talking to me and give me crappy service. My LHR underarm service consisted of cold gel slapped onto my deodorant (should have been cleaned off first) and a quick laser coverage with no explanation or discussion of what was going to happen or what to expect. The 2nd arm was the same. I got to the front desk to schedule more and found her talking to another technician rolling her eyes. Super excited to go back for the next 5 treatments. more

Normally, I don’t post reviews positive or negative online, but after I referred a friend to Rejuv she me showed me a review she found that was hard for me to understand. Granted anyone can have a bad experience anywhere, but this particular review was troubling to me after my experience was so positively life changing. I had a mole that I was teased about the majority of my life. It affected me very deeply. When I went to see my dermatologist Dr. Crutchfield about it, he referred me to Rejuv because they specialized in a new laser technology that would remove moles and not leave a scar. My procedure was done under local anesthesia, so after the initial injection, I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. I am very happy with the result and I would strongly recommend this clinic. more

Don't fall for their sales pitch-They obviously don't know what they are doing! I paid for and went through the painful process (I never got fully numb even after numerous shots-that also hurt-FYI-I have never had an issue going numb at my dermatologist) of the Scar-Free Facial Mole Removal-The ""doctor"" I met with doesn't know what she is talking about when she said my mole was removable-after treatment-which hurt like H#LL! No change! When I went to MY dermatologist a month later and told her about it-She scoffed & said-""you have had that your entire life-that would NOT be removable and they totally should know that"". To back up her ""opinion"" I looked online & my doctor is correct. Apparently they are just after the money! more

I was first introduced to Rejuv Skin and Laser Clinic through a friend of mine who invited me to an open house at Rejuv last fall. The staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a bikini and underarm hair removal package for myself and a hair removal package for my husband’s back. My husband and I could not be happier! The results were great and so was the customer service. I was so impressed; I’m now undergoing skin care treatments for a few more perks ? I would strongly recommend! more

I began treatments with rejuv 1 year ago for velashape (thighs)and refirm? ( skin tightening on my face).After several treatments for both I noticed no change in either my thighs or my face....I asked for a refund as I wasn't seeing any results. I was told by Jill that they don't do refunds and that I could continue the treatment but there was only 800.00 left of treatment out of 2000.00. I also had some dark spots on my face lasered which have been done by others with temporary success however I had it done at rejuv with no results! I am at a loss for what to do with the remainder 800.00 as nothing has worked so far.I have already used 1200.00 with no results.Very disappointing. I also have before and after pics for both treatments that show there is no difference and yet they will not acknowledge that! more

I had always wondered how painful and more importantly how effective laser hair removal would be on me. I kept seeing all these advertisements. I’m a college student with a limited budget, so when I saw a discounted rate for laser hair removal, I thought I would give it a try. I realize that since Groupon rates are in some cases extremely low, but I wanted to make sure I was really getting a good deal. I met with Jill, a consultant, for a consultation. I felt she was very honest and thorough with her approach and she was very helpful explaining the guidelines of the Groupon offer and that they also offered discounted rates for other areas. At that time, I proceeded to have my bikini line treated. I guess I was one of the best candidates because I have dark hair, but the results were wonderful. I was so happy with the results that I referred six of my college classmates who are also happy with their results. I would strongly recommend. The staff at Rejuv is knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. more

Rejuv’s staff is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on providing the best results at affordable prices. I was initially introduced to Rejuv through a friend, after I had a bad experience at not one but two other competitors in the area. I was extremely frustrated until I found Rejuv! I realized that there were so many things in this world that I could not control or change. Feeling good about myself - was not one of them. Talk about a one-stop shop? Initially my dermatologist referred me to Rejuv to have a mole on my chin removed with laser. Talk about awesome technology, within a few minutes the nurse handed me a mirror to see the result. I was moved to tears…tears of joy…that mole that bothered me all my life…was gone! I was so impressed with Rejuv that I later met with Jill/ consultant and purchased both laser skin tightening, and laser hair removal. My results have been so impressive; I would strongly recommend Rejuv to everyone! Their staff is very professional and their prices are reasonable. I can’t tell you how happy I was to find a skin clinic that that handled my concerns with a straight forward honest approach. The staff was friendly and very professional. I elected to resolve some of my wrinkles before a class reunion and was so happy with the results that I later purchased a laser hair removal package. Not only was I impressed…but so was my husband! I bought a groupon for laser hair removal this clinic and I will not go back. Of course, the savings were significant, but I wanted my bikini line done. Well, to them, your bikini line is way out to your legs. Maybe other women do, but I don't have pubic hair there. I requested the treatment area be moved to where I actually had hair and I was completely ignored. So, I actually paid $125 to have nonexistent hair removed. more

I bought a session from LivingSocial almost a year ago and thought I should use this coupon. As of late my skin has been getting worst and wanted to give this clinic a try. I scheduled my appointment three weeks ago and went to the clinic last week thinking it was this week. Last week when I showed up they told me my appointment was this week. I told them I would call them if I needed to rescheduled since I don't live in the Twin Cities anymore and had to take vacation time for appointments including this one. Well I called today to confirm my appointment and they told me they don't even have me down for an appointment! I took vacation days for this appointment and another appointment I had in the cities. Not only that but I have to drive an hour and a half to the cities for the appointments. So disappointing and very poor customer service, I can't just reschedule for another day! Will never go there, I rather let my LivingSocial deal go expire and will never recommend this place to friends or family. more

I bought a groupon about a year ago to try this place, and it has been the best place I have been to! I now have bought addtional packages and started other areas. Great results and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always have great specials going. Dont hesitate to give this place a call they are top notch when it comes to laser hair removal!! more

Have been going to Dr. Selchow for many years. Very experienced at what he is doing and extremely fair with his pricing. Also his staff are very dedicated, kind, and helpful in all services that I have had done there. I recently and foolishly bought a Groupon from a fly by night organization in Eagan called \r ""Begin With your Skin"" and was so disappointed in how I was treated and also received exactly what I paid for. There was a Groupon for $130.00 for $270.00 worth of Botox. You will only get $130.00 worth unless you are dumb enough to let the woman give you more and charge you a fortune. If you know what you are doing you will be sadly disappointed with Begin with your Skin. I will never go back. Not a way to treat new customers!! A week later it isn't even taking effect. I will have to go and have someone else do it. So the lesson is learned and I'm out 130.00. Rejuv is an honest and reputable center. Dr. Selchow is professional and knows what he is doing. Well then again he is a skilled Dr. not a technician for lasers doing Botox!! more

I have been to a number of Med Spas in the twin cites. In my opinion, this one was by far the best! I found that Jill my consultant was very knowledgeable and personable. The clinician that performed my treatments had a wealth of experience and addressed every one of my concerns, ultimately resolving my issues. I have also had Botox done by a number of local doctors, Dr. Selchow spent more time and recommended additional injectables to further enhance my desired result. That was something that no other provider had done. The fact that the doctor looks like Ken of “Ken & Barbie” didn’t hurt either ; ) I would strongly recommend Rejuv more

I have been a patient of Dr. Selchow's now for a few years. I first met him to discuss surgery which I eventually underwent. There was a problem with the initial outcome that was not caused by Dr. Selchow or his lack of expertise, but he took responsibility. He made sure that everything was fixed until I was satisfied. More than a year later, he saw me at his clinic and noticed an area on my face that he thought could look better and he scheduled me to come in and have the proceedure and I did. Everything doesn't always go right. I work in the medical profession, and I know this is just a fact, but if something does go wrong, this is the doctor you want to see. My husband bought us a couples' massage for Christmas and it was so relaxing! The staff was great and the atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. I came in after for a stone massage after, which was awesome! Amanda was by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced! more

I had the 4-layer facial done at Rejuv. It was great! This facial is so relaxing and calming. Immediately after this facial I noticed my skin more hydrated and smooth. I would definately recommend this facial to anyone! The staff at Rejuv was very helpful, educated, and they didn't make me feel pressured to purchase a ton of products. more

My Wife and I went to Rejuv Medspa for a Couples Massage. It was great! We were on massage tables, next to one another and there were two massage therapists giving us a great full body massage.
