I bought a session from LivingSocial almost a year ago and thought I should use this coupon. As of late my skin has been getting worst and wanted to give this clinic a try. I scheduled my appointment three weeks ago and went to the clinic last week thinking it was this week. Last week when I showed up they told me my appointment was this week. I told them I would call them if I needed to rescheduled since I don't live in the Twin Cities anymore and had to take vacation time for appointments including this one. Well I called today to confirm my appointment and they told me they don't even have me down for an appointment! I took vacation days for this appointment and another appointment I had in the cities. Not only that but I have to drive an hour and a half to the cities for the appointments. So disappointing and very poor customer service, I can't just reschedule for another day! Will never go there, I rather let my LivingSocial deal go expire and will never recommend this place to friends or family.
