Regal Was very quick to respond. Called around 6:30 pm reporting I had no hot water. We decided that evening we would go with a tankless hot water heater. Regal was at my house the next day at 8:30.
It took about 4 hours to install and get the tankless up and running. Every thing looks neat and organized. The old tank was removed and I now have a lot more space.
We purchased the Navien NPE240 A which I really like. The unit has a built in circulation pump which almost provides instant hot water. Our house had a circular hot water line which allowed us to use the circulation feature. You don’t have to wait for all of the cold water to purge from the line before the water is hot.
We have used the tankless for several days and really like the instant and unlimited hot water. We have a septic system which used to get gallons of water run through it waiting for the water to get hot at the faucet.
I would recommend Regal for your tankless hot water installer
