We rented the 1957 Bentley for our wedding and it was the WORST experience ever! First of all, the driver would not wait for me (the bride) to come from my hotel room, instead he made me rush to come down and told my bridesmaids to tell me to ""hurry"" and rushed me out of my bridal suite into the car. I did not want any of my guests to see me, but he made me rush. I was waiting for my wedding coordinator to walk me down, but instead he kept telling everyone to get the bride. Second, the A/C was NOT working. It was a 90 degree day and the air was blowing out hot air. It was the most miserable ride imaginable and it was suppose to be special between my dad and I before he walked me down the aisle and it was not. The driver suggested to open the window because he said the a/c was not working and we did, but it just ruined my hair flying everwhere. Even the driver said he does not know why the owner markets the car has having A/C as it does not work. So imagine this, I wrote the owner an email saying that we did not have a good experience. He replied in a nasty way and never apologized. As a customer he should have at least apologized. Instead he insisted that the A/C was working but was being real nasty about it. It also took days for him to reply to any of my emails. I even asked for the driver's name for him to confirm that the air was blowing out hot air, but he would not provide that information I would NOT recommend this company. I could send you the emails for proof that this owner is rude so just comment below and I will send them your way. RUDE and HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The owner is trying to take down my reviews from Yelp and Wedding Wire and sent me the same message he sent JillLB below about our review being punishable by law.
