Review content:
Regal overcharges and underperforms. They arrived 25 min late to take the Bride and Groom away. They wre sworn to secrecy on the destination but the driver freely revealed to members of the wedding party. Unforgivable breech of confidence. Caution: there is a 20% maintenance fee and a mandatory 20% driver tip - so the promised $95 an hour quickly balloons with an hour padding on the travel time to boot. Despite allowing 2 hours travel time to go 32 miles, they arrived 25 miutes late. The driver did not provide good service. There was no adjustment to the bill to account for the porr service. Do NOT recommend using this company - there are too many great alternatives.
