Excellent Professional Staff, super convenient location. I highly recommend Red Bamboo Medi Spa.I have been wanting laser hair removal for some time now and found that Red Bamboo Medi Spa has the best techs and doctor in the area. The entire process has been a delight. The spa itself is relaxing and gorgeous with a nice selection of gifts to purchase in the beautifully decorated waiting area. The hours were also very convenient and the staff was more than happy to accomondate my schedule. This spa is far better than any other medi spa I have visited in the Tampa Bay area. more

Wow, I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place! I have bought Groupons for laser hair removal and smartlipo. I have to say that I am really pleased and impressed with my results. The staff are so sweet and so caring! They all make you feel so special. Every time I go in for an appointment, they recognize me and ask me how I am doing. What place does that anymore? They also have this really pretty back room that looks out into a garden. I wish I could live here! This spa is VERY clean and it is a very classy place! Dr. Toscano did a beautiful job correcting a smartlipo procedure that I had done somewhere else. He really spends alot of time explaining things to you. The other place I went to was very quick and the doctor there wasn't as caring and knowledgeable as Dr. Toscano. I am so happy i found red bamboo. I feel so much better about myself and I feel like i can really smile again. more

Went here with my wife for laser hair removal. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their service. First off it takes MONTHS to book an appointment. 45 days before an opening? Not only is it absurd, it's a flat out lie. They must think very little of the intelligence of their customers if they expect I would believe in 45 days they have no openings, and furthermore, have no cancellations( as they always offer to contact us if they have a cancellation.) Bought six sessions for my wife and I. In the end, We were only able to use three before we moved a year later. I would be able to squeeze in one more session for me and my wife but they want to charge us a 50 dollar fee for missing an appointment? Are you serious? I'm pretty sure they didn't cut me a check for 50 bucks when they canceled on my first appointment due to their laser breaking and then called back last minute to say ""can you still make it? Because if not we'd be happy to schedule another appointment a month from now."" Also, for my second appointment I showed up 30min late due to their error in informing me of the time of my appointment(10:30) instead of my wife's, which was first (10:00). They were not able to see my wife that day... huge disappointment. Ok, things happen... Upon coming to this place twice more I realized we always have to wait about 30 minutes to be seen? I guess the one day we were late was an exception. Too many things seem suspicious with this place to be coincidence. I thought I was doing something nice for the wife, instead, I just made a headache for both of us. more

I flew from Ca to Fl to the medi spa Redbamboo and it was the most awesome experience ever, I had the smart lipe , the place is very nice , clean and updated the service is way beyond what was expected, I am reading reviews here that are not even close to reality, If you have any doubt go there and in 2 seconds you will see that the bad reviews here are unwarrented and are not true, not sure if these people are confused or discribing another place, yes it is in a mall, once you walk in the door you forget that the place is amazing even has a quite room with a nice quiet garden , not your typical mall setting, it reall is worth ckecking out and then judge for yourself you to will wonder where the people writing these reviews actually were , it was not Red Bamboo Medi Spa , nothing bad can be said about the people who work here or the doctors , or the massage employees it is really worth the time and incredible service to check them out! Will definately go back even if it is across the country , they are the best! Love everyone there , greatest experience and have already referred 6 people before I left Florida. Excellent place! See for yourself don't judge it by the reviews go ahead try them! You'll be writing a great review also! more

You have to wait months to set up appointments after prepaying for packages. They also require you to call in instead of creating a call back list if someone cancels. On another note the techs are very professional and friendly. more

My boyfriend and I went here to get deep tissue massages and we really enjoyed it. It was a great way to relax and spend time with him. more

I walked in & they mistook me for another patron. As soon as they found out it was my first time to visit their salon, the girl was very short & rude with me throughout the whole experience. The place was dirty & the massage chairs were tattered & had holes in them. On top of that, I had the pleasure of listening to the nail technician next to us gossiping with two other customers about a client at the other end of the salon. Pllleeaasse!! To top it off...Their blue laser finger & toe nail drying machine was not working at all. I sat their for 20 minutes praying they would dry & when they didn't, I just decided to leave with wet nails. If you're looking for a warm & great experience....Stay away from this place! more

After waiting 4 months for our appointment, on the day of, they called to cancel because their machine was broken. We reschedule and after driving an hour and 10 minutes, when we went to check in we got,""Oh, we've been trying to call you, the machine is still broken."" It's bad enough the $ and time wasted, but to be lied to as well? Come on, we have call logs on our phones, you always know if someone calls. You'd think they would offer more than a sorry for their mistake. Maybe it was for the best, as they're in a strip mall. more

This place is fantastic. To be honest I was a little nervous about having a consultation regarding cosmetic issues. Being a guy it can be awkward to address things like that. However the staff made me feel at ease. more

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal. The discussion board allows you to ask questions first., the owner answered that lower legs were covered with the Groupon. I bought the Groupon, but upon arrival they would not honor what I had purchased it for (lower legs). I pointed out that the spa manager posted the answers on the Groupon board, and I was told ""As the owner,I have the right to change my mind."" Rae, the owner, was so rude. Luckily, Groupon gave me a full refund. more

Sadly, this spa is offering poor customer service. I will not return. Not only was I affected but I overheard another customer having a similar problem. Looking back over the feedback on several ratings sites, there are quite a few customers that they have mistreated. more

I was having trouble losing some extra pounds around my midsection. No matter how much I exercised and ate healthy foods, they wouldn?t go away. I went to RedBamboo because I heard they had a procedure and I was very excited to finally lose the weight. The procedure was painless and I great deal of experience in performing SmartLipo. They put me at ease about the was able to get back to my daily tasks very quickly. After only six weeks, I?ve already dropped two pant sizes! I would definitely recommend RedBamboo for anyone who is having trouble with those last pesky pounds. It made a huge difference in my body and my self-confidence. more

I had been going to RedBamboo for massages and facials, but had not considered having SmartLipo until viewing their informational packets in the spa. What I liked was that it was less invasive and less costly than traditional liposuction AND that it actually tightened the skin. I had been worried about what I had heard about sagging skin being left over after traditional lipo. After a consultation with the doctors, I knew this procedure was for me.
