After waiting 4 months for our appointment, on the day of, they called to cancel because their machine was broken. We reschedule and after driving an hour and 10 minutes, when we went to check in we got,""Oh, we've been trying to call you, the machine is still broken."" It's bad enough the $ and time wasted, but to be lied to as well? Come on, we have call logs on our phones, you always know if someone calls. You'd think they would offer more than a sorry for their mistake. Maybe it was for the best, as they're in a strip mall.
