I asked the Manager at Red Salon, Ryan, who he recommended for very natural looking color, as well as someone who would take the time to create a style that matches my lifestyle, features, hair texture, etc. Ryan recommended Tisha, and it was an excellent match. I have slightly wavy hair that gets heavy/limp in spots and wants to grow into a pyramid, which makes my round face even rounder. Tisha recommended a heavily layered style that would enhance my natural curl and could be finger-styled or styled with a diffuser. I have never had such a flattering and easily styled/maintained style in my life. Where has Tisha been all my life! LOL. For the color she did a torteishelle (sp?) effect with colors that look very natural yet give a little lightness too. Tisha also works for Redken and travels to shows so it may take effort to get in with her, but you absolutely will not be disappointed. Special note: Ryan, the manager, will do his absolute best to get you in when you want to get in, and he is excellent for recommendations of a stylist that fits your style needs. He has never let me down yet. Tisha, Ryan, and the salon in general are all very highly recommended.\r

UPDATE: Went back for another cut with the same stylist and unfortunately received a very obviously uneven cut that I could do nothing with but wear a headband and wait to go somwhere else for a fix.
Pros: accomodating management
Cons: Parking
