Do not go here unless you've got at least 3 hours to waste. They ALWAYS triple book people (at least). They're really big on suggesting hair ""treatments"" so you feel like there is a reason you are sitting with your head in a sink for an hour. \r

I've been there about three times. The first time I went, I was there for 4 hours for a cut and color. I was triple booked and had sit there with wet hair for an hour. The stylist did do a really great job, so I came back. After this last time, I will not go back. I was there again for four hours. The stylist left bleach in my hair too long because no one was around to wash it out (though they all had time to bicker about it), so now my hair is practically white. Then she was talking to one of her four other clients while trimming my hair and I've got random chunks in my hair. \r

They do have some really talented stylists, but to me it's not worth it.
