CROOKS!!! My wife and I went to see Dr. Severino after years of trying to get pregnant. After all testing was complete, we found out that both of my wife's tubes were completely blocked. Dr. Severino told us that the only option for us was IVF. He sat us down with the financial person in charge who quoted us approx. $23,000 with meds for the process. We asked for our medical records so that we could get a second opinion. My wife recently underwent surgery, one her tubes was unblocked 100%, the other 70%. Red Rock staff contacted us a few days ago and gave us a ""better deal"" of about $12,000. I understand this a business, but to see my wife break down after this devastating news and Dr. look into her eyes and just out right lie is amazing to me. I do not recommend these crooks to anyone. more

Doctor littman is the best doctor ever. My husband and me are planing to have baby for a long time. But we have never seen fertility doctor. We did some research online before we went to see Doc Littman. Both my husband and me think she is our doctor. We started the treatment in May. Lots of injections and one shot before the IUI. The iui was not hard. It only took about 5 minutes. Now i am pregnant!!! I can not thanks more to Doctor Littman and her staff. They are so kind. The whole treatment makes me feel so comfortable, even the needles made me cry (because I didn't see doctor much when i was in china.). They comfort me , made my calm down. They answer my phone ontime always. They call you the first time when they have the lab results. If you are planing to have a baby and looking for a doctor, Doctor Littman is your best choice (From our experience.) more

I am 23 and should be the easiest case for IVF, my husband and I immediately knew something was wrong when we tried getting pregnant at 22 and couldn't after trying and trying. With his being a career soldier we wanted to ensure that a piece of him would live on and chose to do something before he was shipped overseas. I have red hair and Dr. Littman really wanted me to donate my eggs to several couples to split my cycle. After praying long and hard we decided that was not what we wanted to do. When my egg retrieval came, I had a healthy and large number of eggs. By a seperate doctor told that there were about 28. When I came out of the procedure she said that all I had viable were 6! I didn't understand and were greatly concerned. After several days of them fertilizing our eggs, ready for implantation their embryologist told us that only 4 took due to the degradation of my husbands specimen. Dr Littman is kind, but I hope (as not only a physician but an owner), she would like to know how patients feel. Having been seeing you for months, I still feel very confused. We go over treatment briefly and when I ask questions, I feel like I?m being bothersome. Some at the office could take a brief moment and update their customer service skills, especially Dusty. I am always treated as if I?m bothering her when I call, I have many questions I do not have extensive knowledge in reproductive endocrinology. I feel as a patient, who has spent thousands; it would be nice to have a little more time one on one with Dr Littman or a qualified nurse. more

I have to say that the customer service was terrible right from the beginning. They tell you that you have an advanced reproductive age but there is no sense of urgency. I had to make all of the follow up calls or else nothing would get done. They started out by giving me the wrong pills, never got my previous medical records, and had me redo blood work because they didn't want to bother getting my records. Every time I called I spoke to a different person. They said they would put in a request through my insurance and blatantly lied about it because I confirmed with my insurance company that they never put in the request, therefore, wasting more time and they would not return my calls! I had given up on this place and requested my medical records. Then to infuriate me more, they faxed it to my PUBLIC work fax. I did not authorize this! They were barely apologetic as they broke the HIPPA law! Funny how they made me sign a release to give my medical records to myself, how stupid!! They did not even have a proper cover sheet, so who knows how many people in my office read about my VERY personal medical records! I am truly disgusted! ZERO stars!! more

Dr. Littman and her staff are truly awesome! Needing fertility help is hard enough and the treatments are tough emotionally and physically. But Red Rock Fertility Center treated me with dignity and respect. Dr. Littman answered all of my questions truthfully yet gently. Karrie was just wonderful to work with and was always kind to me. When I finally got pregnant the staff rejoiced as much as my husband and I did. Now I have a beautiful baby girl thanks be to GOD above who I know sent me to Dr. Littman and her staff. GOD worked his miracle for us through Red Rock Fertility Center. more

I just knew that when the time came, I would have trouble conceiving. So I came to Red Rock and saw Dr. Littman. I went through two rounds of IVF and on my second try I was blessed with my beautiful baby girl, Sophie. I will always think of Red Rock and Dr. Littman because they made this miracle happen. more

We were having trouble conceiving a child naturally for a little over 5 years. We came to Red Rock for help and Dr. Littman was wonderful. She was supportive and encouraging, telling us not to give up and that she knew she could help us. After one cycle of Follistim with IUI, we got pregnant!
