The BEST Doctor! Since we were not able to get pregnant on our own, we turned to Dr. Littman for her help and we immediately knew that she was the doctor for us. Dr. Littman and her staff are the most kind, caring and compassionate people you will find in the medical field. It is easy to feel completely at ease as soon as you meet Dr. Littman - she is warm and welcoming. We have lived in many places through the years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER received better medical care then at the office of Dr. Littman. As a result of IVF (first time success), we are currently pregnant with twins and are simply thrilled. We are forever grateful to Dr. Littman and and her staff for making our dreams come true! more

After years of struggling with infertility and having horrible experience after horrible experience with my previous doctor I was referred to Red Rock Fertility Clinic. Dr. Littman is an amazing doctor and was instantly able to diagnose my issue and within months of my treatment under her and her amazing staff I was pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful healthy boy! The staff at RRFC is wonderful they are warm and friendly and make you feel like a part of the family when you are under their care. Every one of Dr. Littman's staff is extremely professional, and their customer service is superb, they made things as easy as possible for me and my husband to get through a tough and emotional time. more

My wife had difficulty getting pregnant after a miscarriage and decided to see a fertility specialist to see if her body was ""working"" the way it should. When we arrived at this office, everyone was completely attentive and supportive. Dr. Littman is a WONDERFUL doctor, very thorough and thoughtful. Everyone in the office truly cares about our wishes to grow a family. As soon as she got pregnant, they saw her right away and monitored her up until week 10 (as far as they are allowed). Everyone knew who she was when she walked through the door and congratulated us. When our daughter was born, the staff called me to ask questions about labor and delivery. They also asked us to bring her in so everyone could meet her. Unfortunately, we did visit this office again after another miscarriage. But, when my wife and I walked through the door nearly 2 years later, everyone remembered us. How wonderful it is to be treated like a person rather than a number. more

I met with Dr. Littman at the end of February/2010, my treatment started in March/2010 and now on July/2011 I am completing my 1st Trimester of my first pregnancy :) !!! I couldn't be happier and more satisfied. The staff is really helpful and skilled, the office is very inviting and always so pristine, and even though they have many patients I always felt like I was the only one at that moment. They really get to know you and care about you. I can confidently say that I have made friends at RRFC. more

I have a five year old daughter thanks to Dr. Littman. Her bedside manner is wonderful. If we try again, it will be with Dr. Littman and we will drive in for her. more

Be very careful before you decide to go to this clinic. I would recommend you get a second opinion from another clinic before moving forward with IVF treatment from this clinic. We were told that IVF was our only option, but we felt like this was too big of a step. We conferred with our doctor and he agreed. Within a month we were pregnant. In addition to bad advice, Dr. Littman and the office manager, Mark, are very unprofessional. Dr. Littman performed an intimate test on my wife and an intimate procedure on her. Neither time did she introduce herself to me or my wife. I was shocked that this type of intimate setting didn't even warrant an introduction from the doctor. After leaving, my wife asked who it was that did the test and procedure, I told her it was Dr. Littman. I knew it was the doctor once I saw her picture near the exit of the clinic. The only time we sat down formally with Dr. Littman was when she advised us to go with IVF. She still didn't introduce herself, she just told us that this drastic step was needed, when nature has proven that it was not. Mark, the office manager only dealt with us when $20,000 was on the line. Before we were considering spending this kind of money he was aloof and disinterested in us or any other patient. After we decided not to go with IVF he was rude and blatantly ignored us. I guess if we weren't going to give him $20,000 he had no interest in us. The procedure that Dr. Littman performed on my wife probably helped us get pregnant. But, because of the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Littman and the office manager, Mark, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Plus, they only seemed interested in getting us to do IVF. PLEASE make sure to get a second opinion before deciding to go with an IVF procedure from this clinic. more

Dr. Littman and her staff are awesome! The office is beautiful and feels so homey. The level of care she treats her patients with is so wonderfully amazing! Thank you. more
