I have to say that the customer service was terrible right from the beginning. They tell you that you have an advanced reproductive age but there is no sense of urgency. I had to make all of the follow up calls or else nothing would get done. They started out by giving me the wrong pills, never got my previous medical records, and had me redo blood work because they didn't want to bother getting my records. Every time I called I spoke to a different person. They said they would put in a request through my insurance and blatantly lied about it because I confirmed with my insurance company that they never put in the request, therefore, wasting more time and they would not return my calls! I had given up on this place and requested my medical records. Then to infuriate me more, they faxed it to my PUBLIC work fax. I did not authorize this! They were barely apologetic as they broke the HIPPA law! Funny how they made me sign a release to give my medical records to myself, how stupid!! They did not even have a proper cover sheet, so who knows how many people in my office read about my VERY personal medical records! I am truly disgusted! ZERO stars!!
