Red River is friendly and efficient. They do really nice work and clean up is wonderful. I've used them twice and have had wonderful service both times. They stay in contact with you and follow up with timeframes and updates. I would absolutely recommend them. more

I was impressed with the Account Manager who came to review my roof because he was extremely thorough and spent a great deal of time evaluating the roof. Other companies had come and barely looked. Best experience I've had with contractors.The crew that came was quick and efficient in completing the job. They took great care with my lawn and shrubbery, cleaning up as they went along, and performed a complete clean up job after the job was complete. I was surprised at the quality of the work they did on the roof, and at the speed at which they completed the job. I thought I would be picking up nails for a month after, and because of the crew?s care, that was not the case. Not ever having to file such a large claim with my insurance company, we were a little nervous and concerned about contracting a reputable roofing company. Watch the paperwork you sign. If you sign anything by the site manager after you have signed a contract, then what you signed with the contract manager will be considered the ""new"" contract and what you thought you were getting will not necessarily be delivered. Some of what they did was good but in terms of customer satisfaction, we were not happy with what they delivered. Left the attic trashed out even though they had stated that the contents would be covered. more

After a high wind storm, I contacted several roofing companies to discuss roof replacement. I found Red River Roofing to be by far the most knowledgeable, cost competitive and extremely helpful. The staff explained my options and related costs and benefits of each product. Red River provided support by working directly with our insurance carrie and this resulted in replacement of our existing wood shake roof with a new composition shingle. The demolition of our existing roof and installation of our new roof went just as advertised and cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend Red River Roofing to my friends and family. more

This company knows and practices customer service. The training process shows and I was impressed. Red River is the only roofing company that was able to provide the venting system adequate for proper ventilation. Matt, Vincent and the crew were a cut above. My yard was cleaned up, all flower beds looked as if they were never there. Communication during the entire process was never lacking. They even swept the garage after the roof was installed. Great company, great workers and highly recomended! more

I had a great experience using Red River Roofing....746 Enterprise Dr. Edmond, Ok..... replacing my roof in August 2011. They did everything they said they would do from the initial sales contact (Matt) to the project managers (Vincent) follow-up/clean up. They willingly met with me on my schedule at locations and times that were most accomodating to me. I found them to be very flexible, very friendly, and very easy to work with. Red River Roofing put a new roof on my home in November of last year. Everything went right and they made suggestions that I would not have considered but have been great additions since completion. Ken was my sales rep and walked me through the claim with my insurance adjuster. Because all parties were present we avoided any confusion later down the road. The color recommendations that Ken made proved to be valuable and we are happy with the way the roof looks. The biggest improvement though came in the form of increased ventilation. When Ken was assessing the roof he noted that I did not have enough exhaust ventilation on my home. He increased it by about 60% and this year, even though this is the hottest summer we have had in 30 years, my home is cooler than it was last year. My master bedroom has always been hot in the summer but this year, with the help of added ventilation, it stays much closer to the temperature in the rest of the home. In addition to all this the job started on time, finished on time, the clean up was perfect and the crews were prompt and polite. The office staff was great about answering questions for me as we went. If you use this company for your home you will find them to be professional and comprehensive from the assessment to the clean up. more

Doesnt deserve even one star. Great sales pitch with shoddy workmanship with and a bait and switch on materials. Tried using cheaper materials and did not even put the felt paper on the roof under the shingles that i paid for. After we caught the roofer doing the work he tore off the material and laid the paper down. Had we not driven up i would imagine i would have no tar paper under the shingles. Very questionable business practices i guess since the economy isnt so great they are making some extra money at the customer expense. more

I knew I had picked the right company after talking with the salesman and then working with the project manager during the installation of my new roof. This company goes far beyond in customer satisfaction. I have remodeled and built new homes before and have never experienced the professionalism that I had with Red River Roofing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for your roofing needs. Everything was delivered as promised from day one. more

Company attempted to deliver cheaper materials then requested from the consultation.Attempted to turn the situation around by stating it was what i signed for on the proposal. Also defaced my driveway with heavy loading equipment when i requested them remove their materials as we went with another company. more

Sales & Project leader notified that I lost electrical power in several circuits in the house as the roof was being replaced. I was told that this was not a fault of their replacing the roof; however, there was electrical power before the roof was replaced. Pros: quick to replace roof Cons: No help fixing a problem they most likely caused more
