Review content:
Red River Roofing put a new roof on my home in November of last year. Everything went right and they made suggestions that I would not have considered but have been great additions since completion. Ken was my sales rep and walked me through the claim with my insurance adjuster. Because all parties were present we avoided any confusion later down the road.
The color recommendations that Ken made proved to be valuable and we are happy with the way the roof looks. The biggest improvement though came in the form of increased ventilation. When Ken was assessing the roof he noted that I did not have enough exhaust ventilation on my home. He increased it by about 60% and this year, even though this is the hottest summer we have had in 30 years, my home is cooler than it was last year. My master bedroom has always been hot in the summer but this year, with the help of added ventilation, it stays much closer to the temperature in the rest of the home.
In addition to all this the job started on time, finished on time, the clean up was perfect and the crews were prompt and polite. The office staff was great about answering questions for me as we went.
