Recovery Room-Central Florida

From the moment I contacted Recovery Room, I sensed my 2010 Merc Milan and I were in the best of hands. Despite being terrifically annoyed with damage done when someone backed into me in a left turn lane at a traffic light in Orlando, I found the staff at RR comforting, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, humorous and above all concerned for my safety. From start to finish, each and every member of the staff continued to reassure me my problem would be remedied and it was in a timely fashion, with a wonderful detailing cleaning done that left me smiling. Lastly, as I began transferring ""my life"" from the rental back into my newly repaired car after the agency closed for the day, two staff members leaving the lot offered, on separate occasions, to remain until my many possessions were rearranged. Again, this type of service with a smile (and protection) is much, much more than I expected. Hooray for you all! more

I had some repair done to a Lexus, at the Recovery Room in Clermont, during the week of 6/27/11. After talking to the manager and going over the damage and repair of my vehicle the manager took the time and walked me around the rapair shop. I was very impressed with the manager's professionalism and his knowlege of the job. The vehicle was ready that same week, just like he said. When I picked up the car, the car had been cleaned inside and out and looked better then when I dropped it off. more

They seem very disorganized! more

Had my car taken there after an accident because that is where my insurance company sent me. The couple times I have talked to them about my vehicle they seem disorganized and confused as how long it will take to fix and how much it will cost when I come to pick it up. Hop they are better at body work than administrative details. more

I went to the Recovery Room for an estimate for some body work. The person taking my information was very grumpy and acted like I was bothering him. I didn't have all the required information and he made me feel stupid for not having it. They promised they would call the next day. Well it's been five and have not heard a word.
