Bought an Envoy and love it the Dealership was a pleasent low pressure experience. I have only had 2 oil changes do far but that went great. Pros: low pressure, friendly Cons: hard to park more

Bought my 3rd! yukon from Joe Mirabile and he always treats me very well. I used to buy Yukons and Suburbans from another GMC Dealer but Laethem was closer to home so I gave them a shot. At first They Didn't have the color and options that I wanted they drove one up from Ohio to get exactly what I needed my old dealer told me their was none in the entire country. Service gives me a free loaner and the garage is so clean you could eat off of the floors! A1 operation. Pros: GOES THE EXTRA MILE, FREE LOANER, STRAIGHT SHOOTERS Cons: SMALL SHOWROOM more

Terrible Service 8/12/2004

I selected this dealership for its proximity to my home, as I did not purchase my vehicle there. My vehicle was dropped off at 8 AM and they assured me that they could service it that day. By 7 PM they had not even looked at it. I had to call several times, as they did not even give me a call. We are talking about a simple alternator replacment issue here, which takes a max time of about 35 minutes. My car was finally ready at around 3:30 PM the next day, so it took them 18+ hours of open shop time to fix a simple problem. Eve worse, they would not pick me up to get my car because they have a 2 mile radius limit!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! Pros: NOTHING Cons: , SHUTTLE SERVICE more
