Ray Kitchen and Bath

I have spent lots of time looking for a good company and I knew from the moment I called Ideal Kitchen and Bath, I had the right company to remodel our kitchen in Naples, Florida. Make my story short....We just had our kitchen cabinetry changed and also purchased a beautiful granite countertop ( level 3 ). From the person that comes out and give us the estimate to the carpenter all of them where wonderful to deal with, they helped us decide on a suitable design and offered us various possibilities of financing and ended up delivering a wonderful final result, we are completely satisfied with our beautiful new kitchen. I recommend it a lot!!!!! more

we had our kitchen cabinets refaced ok job as well, it has been approx 2 years ago now, but around eight months after they have been peeling all around the doors, the laminate that they use to make the doors will start to shrink and peel from the bottom, the laminate they put around the cabinet edge to match the doors has been peeling as well. we are snow birds so we only can see our cabinets six months of the year. I tried to contact Danny Sanchez many times once we noticed the faults, either leaving a voice message or emailing him, it took him weeks to return my email, he does not want to hear about faulty product, he does not like it if you are not willing to have faulty product, he simply does not want to hear it, he will not do anything to help or fix the problem, oh he will sell you another door, no problem there, but to stand behind his product no, he really gets nasty in his email when you push for a resolution, when you through his own words back at him he gets very defensive and thats it doesnt want to respond to you anymore, he is very unprofessional, he just wants you to shut up and live with the faulty product he sold you, never never never use his company they have no customer service, they will only keep telling you what the contract said, never mind if it falls apart the day after the waranty runs out, poor poor poor business , cant say anything good about this company and Dann Sancchez, he does come accross as a real good guy and your best friend until he gets your money then watch out, he will act like he doesnt even know you.......Robbie Rumbolt more

just had my kitchen redone,,, job was OK , but Danny Sanchez did oversell me about 5 extra doors ,,, he could have helped me save on the job but wasn't nice about it.\r I wouldn't use them again. When the job was completed, Danny came by to get the final payment,, other than that, you wont see him. I called him after the job,, he never returned my call or text,,, I did have a minor problem, but he didn't seem interested in helping me after he cashed my final check.. I needed info about a specific kitchen design. Danny was wonderful, he spend a lot of time showing and going over his design. We are thrilled with the results and can recommend Ideal Kitchen and Bath to anyone who wants a beautiful designer kitchen in their house. And Most importantly i paid a lot less than i would expected! more

ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!! Kitchen cabinet reefacing did a great job in my kitchen. From the moment I met Dan I knew this was the company we would hire. My husband being the business man he is made me look around. So we did our research and no company even compared to them. They are trustworthy and DEPENDENT (which is hard to come by) they do what they say they are going to do. more

When Danny Sanchez came for the 1st time, we told him what we wanted (dove tailed joints on the draws ect.) as we were telling him he was making notes. I didnt look over his shoulder to see what he was writting or what he wasnt! he gave us a price and we said ok. When the custom made cabinets came,they were not square and all the sides had a huge bow on all sides. The stain job was a big mess also so he took them back and ""SO CALLED FIX THEM"" oH ALSO THE 1ST set OFF CABINETS, 1IN was TOO SHORT THAN IT WAS TO BE. DANNY KEPT trying me to accept the wrong size cabinet but I told him no! He decided to take back all of them and they came back 2 weeks later, looking at them I could still see they were bowed. After talking to one of his men he said that when they would be screwed in, the screws would pull the bow out and make them perfect! When I looked at the draws, none were dove tailed so I asked him why, he repleyed that it was not in the contract and they dont do them! Now that they are installed I noticed that under the sink the cut out for the outlet was 1in to the right and 1/2 on both the bottom and top were cut too short! I sent him and an email but he didnt respond. Also the top crown molding is on the ceiling on one end and there is a 1in gape to the ceiling over the island on the other end, the other side there is another 1in gape all over the other side where the frig and stove is. He told me it would be all the was up to the ceiling!! I also had him install new tiles from the kitchen to the living room and dinning and hall way to the front door. I told him to also replace the base board, I asked him how much it would cost to replace the base board, he replyed he wouldnt know till he contacted the man who does it. So now the man comes to do the replacement and tells me it will cost $150.00 , I said ok! Now I get a bill from Danny for $270.00 I told he his guy told me $150.00 he replyes ""the installer miss quoted the price!! Now for the back splash... I asked how much, he says the guy who does it charges 500. but he can have him do it for 300. I GET A BILL NOW FOR 350!!!! when I was talking to him I told him my wife wanted big tiled behind the frig and stove so it would be easier for her too clean, he charged me another $180 just for that but in the begining we told him everything what we wanted!!!!! Me and my wife went and bought all the tiles ,thin set and grout, buying them myself I knew I would have to, no problem there. I now asked what it would cost to install my new stove and my new frig and microwave, ""WE DONT INSTALL APPLIANCES"" I TOLD HIM HE INSTALLEDED THE DISHWASHER!! AND SAID TO HIM IS A DISHWASHER AN APPLINCE?? HE DIDNT SAY MUCH EXCEPT, IT WAS IN THE CONTRACT~ IHAVE PAID HIM A TOTAL $26,620.00 FOR THE JOB!! UPDATE 5/14/2012 ON THIS DAY I SENT AN EMAIL AGAIN TO COME FIX THE PROBLEMS.....HE RESPONDED > Before fixing all the small problems. We need to come to an agreement. The angies list comment needs to come out and the bbb case needs to be close. more

We completely gutted our Kitchen and Ideal Kitchens made the whole experience easy. They came to my house to discuss the blueprints and design our kitchen. They came up with creative ideas that we never thought would work in our kitchen. Guile and his staff were the most professional we have ever dealt with and we will definitely be calling them when it is time to up our bathrooms. more

They did great work. The kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops are absolutely beautiful. The only problem I had is I didn't find them sooner to start my kitchen remodeling. I would highly recommend this company!!! more
