Review content:
We got a man's wedding ring there in 2002. We bought the engagement ring at another, cheaper place and the diamond on the Internet. The cheaper place attached the diamond. Roc immediately noticed they had used white gold to attach it and told us we needed something stronger or we might lose the diamond. He reattached it for us. Then, he perfectly matched the wedding ring to the design and shape (slightly curved) of the first ring, complete with inlaid diamonds. He promised a us price but it cost him more. He kept his word and didn't charge us more. Years later, both rings are in great shape and we haven't lost a stone.
Pros: Unique pieces, knowledgeable
Cons: a little costlier
