Conrad was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and joyful. He did an excellent job and answered all our questions. He was the best. Please commend him.

My wife called Ravinia to schedule a visit on two minor plumbing issues. A technician was at our home 2-3 hours later. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He gave us good advice regarding one of the plumbing issues. more

water heater replaced 5/19/2016

Ray was here last week for preventive sewer riodding. Very friendly , knowledgeable , professional Eric today to replace water heater. Again friendly, professional, Both techs cleaned up as if they had never been here. Both jobs completed in timely manner. Both a credit to Ravinia Plumbing more

Trustworthy staff 5/5/2016

This is regarding the electrician that did the work for installing the hot water tank and then I used to fix another electrical problem. He was very helpful and knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. Witold was very nice and worked very hard. He was professional and I feel that the amount charged was less than I expected. He needed to come back the next day and I would have been happy to leave the house unlocked for him to come in to finish the job. He was very trustworthy! It was great that I could use the credit card for payment. more

I was 100% satisfied. The technician has been here before, acknowledged that and maintained the appropriate balance between professionalism and friendliness. Service was efficient. We continue to use Ravinia because we know we will receive quality, knowledgeable service. In particular to today's visit, I was scheduled for 9am-12N. Something came up for me to be away from the house at 12N. I called your office, was told by the phone person she would contact the dispatcher, and the technician was here at 10 am. That's great service! more

Ravinia Plumbers 4/15/2016

We have used Ravinia Plumbers for several years. They never disappoint. Jason came today and fixed a leak under master bath sink. Neat, professional and wore booties,which is important to me. Before leaving, he double checked to make sure both sink fittings were tight and not leaking. more

Technician arrived within 2 hours of us calling. He also let us know he was running late, which was much appreciated. Ravinia worked quickly and solved the problem with no mess. We are glad to be part of their preferred home care program and would recommend them to a friend. more

Honest and Trustworthy 3/31/2016

Had dealt with Mahoney in the past and was a little hesitant when I learned it was now part of Ravinia. Prior recommendations from friends had indicated Ravinia had some of the highest rates in the area. However , as I considered this to be somewhat of an emergency I wanted to go with a known reputable company. The phone was answered on the first ring, I got a call back within 15 minutes and the technician was at my home an hour later. I cannot say enough about Dan. I told him I would even consider a new back up system but he made it clear that he wanted to review what was in place before making any such decisions. He presented several options including using the sump pump I had purchased earlier in the day. He took the time to discuss the advantages of the different options and indicated there was no need to replace the backup as it was a good model and just needed some adjustment.
