Conrad was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and joyful. He did an excellent job and answered all our questions. He was the best. Please commend him.

skilled and professional 3/17/2016

The HVAC Team that recommended the Carrier Infinity stem and installed it this week was excellent in all respects. The installation went seamlessly, and the installers Nick and David were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the products and system. Their work was highly slilled and professional. more

WE just love RAVINIA!!! 2/25/2016

We love Ravinia!! All of the techs have been so nice and helpful! They clean up after themselves and explain everything to us! It's a pleasure to have them in our house. We our members of the home care club and that is a wonderful thing! Calling for service is great also. Nice people answering the phone every time. more

Rescuers!! 2/17/2016

We discovered water leakage with our furnaces at 7pm on a weeknight. We called Ravinia, they explained the charges, and sent someone to our home that night. The problem was identified and repaired. The representative was courteous and respectful of our home. He solved the problem and explained what happened. A couple of days later, someone from Ravinia called us to say that the problem was caused by the wrong filter installed by them on an earlier visit, so they did not charge us for the repair costs caused by the leak. The fact that they took the time to check our service records was very impressive. more

Ravinia saved the day 2/10/2016

Ravinia Plumbing was creative in helping me solve an annual plumbing problem in the home where I used to live. Every year, before using Ravinia, another plumbing service would come after a frozen pipe froze and flooded my front hall each year costing me over $300! When Ravinia came, they came up with a creative solution and solved the problem PERMANENTLY, and the cost was super reasonable. more

honest and kind tech 1/21/2016

Out technician, Charlie, was great. He had a sense of humor, knew what he was talking about, and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. On the visit for an HVAC check in the spring, we were told that the inductor motor in one of the units would need to be replace. Charlie said maybe, maybe not, and did not pressure or scare us into replacing now. I really appreciated the information that he gave us about the part, including the price, but really really appreciated that he did not push us into buying it now. I was very satisfied with Ravinia's service. more

Glad to meet a fantastic team 1/15/2016

While some of the technicians have retired over the years, I've been extremely pleased that each new generationt is well trained, articulate, likable and efficient. Ravinia Plumbing has been coming to my various homes since I was a child--and I'm over 65. I have such a high level of trust that I wouldn't even bother looking for a so-called elsewhere. In addition to day-to-day plumbing and heating service and repairs, Ravinia has worked with me on some complicated basement remodeling. I am perfectly confident that Ravinia's techs have seen it all and that saves me time and money. I'm particularly pleased that Romitti Electric is now part of the team. I've worked Romitti for over 30 years. more

I was very pleased with my most recent service call, which was extremely involved. There was a lot of work to be done and the plumber who came out did a good job of prioritizing the tasks, determining the best ways to accomplish them, how to address the problems that came up and how to minimize the chances of future problems. He was very cordial and most professional. He arrived in the window specified and stayed until the work had been completed. more

I would have to say my most recent experience w/ Ravinia Plumbing was EXCELLENT & AWESOME!!! The technician I had, Rich Williams, was FANTASTIC!!! He was knowledgeable & gave me all the options needed. I couldn't have asked for anything more. You could tell Rich was passionate about his job & work because after the job was done, he said he thought about it a lot. There were some complications that came along the way & he wanted to do the job correct. I'm in the service business & appreciated everything he did. more

Your off-hours emergency phone service call center is very good and accurate. There was a followup phone call to determine service call window. There was a call-ahead notification call that the plumber was 20 minutes out. He arrived ontime and solved the problem promptly, professionally, and with a friendly personality. more

Extremely fast service between the time I called and Dan's arrival- Dan went above and beyond what I needed and left my sink pipes in better condition than he found them - will serve me well over the long haul. He was very professional and did an excellent job, including cleanup. more
