Conrad was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and joyful. He did an excellent job and answered all our questions. He was the best. Please commend him.

Two very fine young men appeared at our door desiring to determine whether or not we had an obstruction in the water lines from our house to the city lines. My wife and I could see immediately that they were determined to do a thorough job. They looked us in the eye when we were talking to them, listened to our concerns ( one being that they clean the area upon leaving unlike last years crew). and assured us that they would investigate, report and leave the area as they found it. Their word was their bond. JASON & CONRAD WOULD BE WELCOMED BY ANY SERVICE COMPANY WHO IS COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE. Thank you for sending Jason and Conrad to 2530. Mkh more

Our family has always trusted Ravinia 12/17/2015

Nick and the crew from Ravinia plumbing heating and air-conditioning were here today installing a new carrier furnace. They worked most of the day, achieving their high standards, as they always do. Our family has used Ravinia since 1971 in Highland Park, now we, the kids, continue to use them a generation later in 2015! We highly, strongly recommend Ravinia without hesitation. You can't find better. more

Other plumbing companies have charges divided into parts and labor, but Ravinia does not. Why? I have been pleased with technician who completed the work for me. He took time to explain procedures and gave helpful hints. more

From the moment I got someone on the phone to the time my technician left I had decided I was going with you guys all the way. Someone came out immediately who was nearby and assessed the problem. The next guy came shortly after we decided what we wanted to do and all was handled by mature experienced techs that were kind and honest. I felt very happy that we chose Ravinia and there is so much more to be done :) more
