Review content:
We discovered water leakage with our furnaces at 7pm on a weeknight. We called Ravinia, they explained the charges, and sent someone to our home that night. The problem was identified and repaired. The representative was courteous and respectful of our home. He solved the problem and explained what happened. A couple of days later, someone from Ravinia called us to say that the problem was caused by the wrong filter installed by them on an earlier visit, so they did not charge us for the repair costs caused by the leak. The fact that they took the time to check our service records was very impressive.
