"Make me love my hair again" 12/11/2011

I've been going to Rapunzels for 5 years. They are the only salon that would actually do as I asked! Bleach my hair to Blonde. I've been very light blonde for that amount of time thanks to Rapunzels. Today I went in (after several weeks of wearing fun wigs) and said to DAWN, " please make me love my hair again". 2 hours later I was the most gorgeous shade of silver with hi and low lights, I can't tell you enough about the chemistry these folks know about. The staff is amazing, the stylists, the colorists and the all the mani-pedi staff are so worth the trip from anywhere. I will never go anywhere else. Every time I dream something 'new' up they absolutely PROVIDE. I used to go to those 'high-end salons' in Blue Bell and believe me, RAPUNZELS staff actually listen to what you want and then deliver!!! more

Satisfying Salon Experience 3/15/2011

I am a long-time client of Rapunzels Salon and Spa. In the past I went to a number of high quality salons, but I have never been so satisfied with my haircuts and color as I am after finding Rapunzels! The salon is spacious and relaxing. The entire staff takes great effort in ensuring your comfort upon arrival. The stylists are well trained, experienced, and skilled. Michelle cuts my hair and Megan maintains my highlights. Both stylists are personable, consistent, and attentive to their clients' needs. I highly recommend trying the services at this excellent salon! more

Full Service Salon & Spa 3/9/2011

I've been going to this salon for a variety of hair & spa services for several years for everything from cuts to color & facials to massage...I have never been disappointed! Their pricing is fair & they always offer discounts & special offers via e-mail which I think is a great perk as well! more

great salon and spa 1/17/2011

went for a haircut and loved my hair, timmy did a great job. they took me for a tour and loved the look of the spa so went for a massage and facial (which was on special great price) I am hooked love the spa and salon, front desk is friendly and everyone makes me feel welcome. I am reccomending to all my friends more

Spatacular 11/4/2010

After recently moving to the area I stumbled upon Rapunzels in the Clipper Magizine. I was a litte hesitant to try a salon I never heard about. Well let me tell you, I am so glad I gave this place a try. I had a haircut with Russell. He gave he his straight honest opinion when asked. I also enjoyed my pedicure with Tina. I can't wait to go back. more

great experience 8/18/2010

I had my bridal party at rapunzels, we were late but they bend over backwards to make it all work for my party. the massages, facials, and manicure and pedicure were all great the staff was super friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anybody thinking of booking a spa party. more

Disappointed 8/9/2010

It was my birthday and I planned to treat myself with Spa cards I had received. I had an aromathery 1 hour massage that was excellent and wonderful and all of those things, I would do that again in a heart beat! Unfortunately, I decide on a mani pedi in stead of a facial...my bad! The mani/pedi were poor, they were to be delux but they weren't even average... the girl talked the whole time, there was no massage involved and she rushed through it... the pedi came last and I was hoping for better results... she couldn't find the color I had asked for and she left me alone for a long while before returning to let me know she couldn't find it...again she talked the whole time through the pedi and her next client had arrived, she then rushed even more...I was so disappointed. When I went to pay they charged me more than what there prices say on this site and there was NO DISCOUNT if you say or have spa finder. Within a day my finger nails were chipping and by the third day I had to take off the polish... Very dissapointed! If you're going to act and charge like a NYC salon you should have what it takes to be that salon. more

Looks can be deceiving! 7/13/2010

My first time at Rapunzel's Salon was wonderful. When I arrived I thought to myself it looks like a small store front. Once inside I was amazed on how large of a salon it really was inside. The spa was away from everything which made my Facial and Massage very pleasant. I was impressed with the friendlyness of everyone. I cant' wait to go back. more

Overall not happy with the experience 5/15/2010

My daughter and I went to the spa on Saturday May 8, 2010. I had a massage which was adequate but not fabulous and a pedicure which was actually very good. My daughter had a massage that was adequate but not great and leg and ebrow wax services. Her eyebrows looked the same to me they really did a terrible job. Her legs were not evenly waxed they had several blotches of hair. The wax job was terrible. The front desk person was terrible. She was not freindly at all. I didn't noitce at the time but I gave a coupon which she never gave me credit for. When I got home I called the spa to ask about the coupon. There was no answer so I left a message and no one returned the call. We decided to try Rapunsels since they are a little less money then Citrus spa which is where we usually go. Needless to say we will not be going back to Rapunsels I guess you get what you pay for. more

Great Mani/Pedi/Facial! 5/7/2010

Found this spa on spafinder.com in order to get ready for my wedding. Ashley did a fantastic job on my hands and feet. I have very short nails and she made the french manicure look exquisite! Connie did my facial and did a fantastic job! A little assessment in the beginning and suggestions at the end and I felt great! Prices were extremely reasonable. High quality services without the high quality prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone! more

Great Spa 1/19/2010

I think Rapunzel's is my favorite spa in the area for massages, facials and mani pedis. Their prices are very reasonable and I have not had a disappointing service yet. I've been very happy with every service I've had there over the years. I just wish it were a little closer to me! more

Best Local Spa 1/13/2010

Once you receive a 90 minute massage at Rapunzels, there is no going back. The Lomi-Lomi massage is worth every penny. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. Rapunzels is worth the trip. more

I am a regular 1/1/2010

I buy gift cards for myself at the beginning of each year with my holiday bonus money so then I will be assured of massages all year! And then every once in a while I get a facial. I love my time at the spa -- relaxing atmosphere, nice staff, and outstanding service quality. Perhaps I should expand my horizons this year and try some other services.... more

I had my hair cut and colored and also tried a massage a few weeks after. megan did a great job on my color and michelle on the cut. had alot of compliments, wanted something differnt and they steered me in the right direction. the massage was great as well one of the best I have had. It was my first time visiting rapunzel's in october. I had a wonderful massage with a lovely woman named edwa. They have awesome specials and it was so easy for me to buy gift cards for christmas for my family! hopefully my husband gives me one in return for another massage. i highly reccommed you check them out. bad permanent makeup 11/8/2009

I had my eyebrows done with permanent make-up over a year ago. At the time, I tried to go with a lighter color, but Donna pressed for a darker color. I told her that the last thing I wanted was Joan Crawford eyebrows. She assured me that the brows would be dark at first, but that they would fade. Well, guess what, they didn't fade, and I got Joan Crawford eyebrows. Now I'm facing expensive and painful laser treatments to lighten them. Cons: pushed to go too dark more
