I adopted my cat, as a kitten, from WG Animal hospital, and I've taken him there ever since. My family has always taken our cats and dogs here, and we always feel taken care of and like our animals are in the best of care. My cat recently had to go into the hospital for a urinary obstruction (twice) and Dr. Britt kept me updated with how he was doing -- daily -- and they understood that my finances weren't ready to take on a monstrous bill. They took care of him, and he is now a healthy, back-to-normal cat-self. Previously, our dog was diagnosed with cancer at this hospital -- they sent cultures and samples out to other testing facilities to make sure, and advised us on treatment centers elsewhere (since they weren't equipped to treat this kind of cancer issue), which was greatly appreciated. The people working there loved him, and my cat, and always treated me with the utmost respect. I can imagine that some of the customer service technicians at the desk would get pretty frazzled if they've dealt with a range of people, calls, etc. but they've always been great to me. I'll continue to take my pets here.
