I have recommended many people to Randall Automotive. (One neighbor's car was in the shop when I had my van in for service.) They will not add on work that doesn't need to be done, but will honestly tell you what they recommend. more

High quality work at fair prices 9/18/2013

I brought my car in for it's scheduled maintenance and Craig called to let me know that one of the items on the preventative maintenance list was in a difficult place and would cost a substantial amount in labor to just check and see if it was in good working order. He gave me the option of skipping that step and waiting to see if it gives my car problems in the future as opposed to telling me it was something that had to be done. Craig and Jason are honest and upfront and don't try to scam you with unnecessary services like the dealership repair shops and so many others do. You won't find better quality or integrity anywhere else in Lansing, more

Quick Service at Reasonable Prices! 9/13/2013

I had an issue with my Remote Keyless Entry and Tire Pressure Monitor System. The dealer quoted me $725 to get it resolved. I ended up replacing all the components myself, but needed Randall Automotive to reprogram the module. After calling around for prices (most were $75 - $110) I found Randall's price to be very competitive. I was actually charged a half hour, $45 for the procedure. You can bet that all the other dealers/shops would have charged me the Full Hourly Price! I will conclude that this business is as honest as any around. My next automotive need will be completed by this repair facility and would highly recommend it to anyone. more
