Great Service 5/10/2014

Craig reviewed options with me. We usually go for premium, but on this seldom used 2nd vehicle, we went with budget parts. Nice to have options. Some shops just put in what they want and you never know whether you're getting premium or cheap/junk parts. Job was finished quickly. more

Emergency work on my truck 5/8/2014

I recently had a emergency on my Chevy truck. One call to Randell Automotive and everything was completed as planned. Craig and Jason always take excellent care of my needs on my cars and trucks. They do excellent work at a fair price. They always look for other things that might need attention. more

The price for oil change/filter was affordable. 5/4/2014

Craig GIT me in and out in less than 1//2 hour even though they were running behind with making scheduled appointments. He and brother were amiable and cordial. more
