I brought my car in for it's scheduled maintenance and Craig called to let me know that one of the items on the preventative maintenance list was in a difficult place and would cost a substantial amount in labor to just check and see if it was in good working order. He gave me the option of skipping that step and waiting to see if it gives my car problems in the future as opposed to telling me it was something that had to be done. Craig and Jason are honest and upfront and don't try to scam you with unnecessary services like the dealership repair shops and so many others do. You won't find better quality or integrity anywhere else in Lansing,
