Nothing but positive experiences everytime I go. I have had 3 of my cars in for new tires and I always price check prior to going in and they always beat the best price I have. I also have had no problems with warranty issues. Always done, no questions asked. One time they did get some greese on my wifes upholstrey, which she was not very happy with, but they told us to take to any detail shop of our choice and they would pay to have it cleaned. That is customer service. They owned up to the mistake and they took care of it. I am a very satisfied customer.
