Quick and Easy on the Wallet! 4/28/2015

The price per quality at Ralph Opfer Floors was tremendous. I had hardwood floors installed in my house, and it was cheap and looks great! Customer service-wise the installers were excellent to work with. They listened to all of my concerns and spent extra time on the stairs to ensure they looked beautiful. Before leaving they double-checked with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome, and then followed up a few days later. They even sent me a thank you card! The customer service and cheap pricing from Ralph Opfer Floors is simply unbeatable. Call them! more

We have been using Ralph Opfer Floors for several projects over the past five years. They do flooring and other general contractor services for us, and they always go out of their way to make things work. They're friendly and nice, too! I'd highly recommend them. more

Quality supplier with a lot of experience and good customer service. 4/13/2015

I am happy with product from Ralph Opfer Floors. But, I'm mostly happy with their service, because there were a couple of hiccups. We were going into a holiday and something should have been ordered, but they hadn't been notified that the company where they get carpets was out of stock. Stuff happens, and I understand, but it pushed us back a little bit. There could have been a back up for Lynn who could have caught the problem. This was just a little issue; I can't recall other incidents. Otherwise, they're willing to help, have good recommendations, and product is good. Every time I've called with an issue or question it has been mostly positive. Lynn works very hard and it's only in the administrative side where they need some tightening; stuff can fall through the crack once in a while. more

Superb! 10/9/2014

We spent a lot of time picking out the floor we wanted, and someone came out who was absolutely superb putting it in. We had some problems, but they made sure it was fixed -- there were flaws in the floor on the side where it fit, but she made sure everything that was bad was taken out and replaced. The customer service is just a little bit slow at getting back to us, but that's it. Other than that everything was really good. more

A Good Experience 10/7/2014

I was happy overall with my service with Ralph Opfer Floors. Lynn and her staff were very helpful with the selection process of what to remodel with. The only reason I rated them as four stars and not fives was because they had difficulty getting a hold of the contract waivers to do repair work. Other than that, it was a good experience. They replaced our carpets with laminated floors, and luxury vinyl tile. They look great. I love the work they did. more

You couldn't have a better experience! 10/3/2014

Through the internet I picked up Ralph Opfer Floors who had been in business since 1975 and I said “Wow, that is a good omen!" It is very usual to find a small business that has been open for so long. The place was not far from my house and Lynn, one of the owners, waited on me as I described what I was looking for in color. I wanted hardwood floors and not laminate. I had a few samples so I picked four and one of the samples was the one. He came to my house and did the measuring and got the order in. I had carpeting and they put in hardwood floors in the family room, in my little office, and the entry ways -- total of 500 sq ft of flooring. I also got my laundry room tile put in to match my kitchen.They have their own licensed contractors and everybody I worked with knew their work. It took them one day and did a beautiful work. I’m very happy with it. Everybody who sees my floor goes, “oh wow!” I’d use them again in a heartbeat! more

Good customer service 9/30/2014

Ralph Opfer Floors does very good service. I heard about them through a contractor I was working with, and I figured I would give them a shot when I needed to get the floors of a rental apartment done. They did a very nice job with that, so I ended up hiring them again to do something similar and match up the floors in my home. They were professional about everything and provided good customer service. They estimated everything correctly, and also did the work in the amount of time that they had initially scheduled. They were just wonderful, and I would highly recommend them. more

Ralph Opfer Floors did a good job with the installation of the new floors in my house. But the service at the store was not very good. The staff seemed very occupied with other duties during business hours and were not specific when they gave us information on floor samples. more

Good Experience. Very Professional. 9/24/2014

This is the first time I worked with Ralph Opfer Floors. I was impressed by them after seeing one of their advertisements, so I decided to check them out. They replaced the kitchen and dining room with laminate flooring. They installed carpet around the rest of the house. Overall, I had an excellent experience. There were some minor problems, but that was on the manufacturer's end. The installers were able to step in and make everything work. I would recommend them. more

Had laminate flooring installed 9/17/2014

We wanted laminate flooring in our kitchen and dining room. The problem was we needed to match the floor with the family room and hallway that was installed in 2007. When they came to measure I had a slat of flooring which had been discontinued, but they were able to find almost a match. After the floor had been installed it is impossible to tell where the old and new meet. Ralph Opfer floors are very professional and considerate of your needs. more

The best experience I've had 9/15/2014

I purchased a home and had to call them last minute because I needed to get carpet in the home really fast! At first the lady wasn't sure, but then she helped me pick out some options and make it easier, allowing me to have a local vendor take care of me. They told me the job would take 2 days, but when they completed it in a couple of hours I was really impressed. I was so happy with the result, they are phenomenal. I highly recommend them. more

Competent, easy to work with, delivered on time, and the work looks professional. 6/16/2014

I was changing from carpeting to Purgo laminate flooring in our rental home, and we called Ralph Opfer Floors for the job. They came right out and measured the place, sent me an estimate and a contract, and scheduled the work. They did everything on time, clean up well afterwards, and the work looks excellent. After that job, I'm currently in the process of scheduling for the same thing in my home. I thought their prices were very fair and they were easy to work with. more

In my dealings with Ralph Opfer Floors, I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome and I have no complaints about them. They worked with us on the pricing as well as selection, and were very professional and kind in their demeanor with us. The job turned out beautiful and we were actually surprised that we could afford the floors we wanted. I would recommend them and their service to anybody in the area looking for a quality product at an affordable and competitive price. They're a great team and I can't say enough nice things about them! 4/2/2014

Ralph Opfer Floors helped us narrow down some samples of laminate flooring to take home for a couple of weeks, no pressure. They had a nice family atmosphere right when we walked in and we felt very comfortable. They were very helpful. The estimate we got from them was fair. They bent over backwards to get it to us in a timely manner. It was delivered and installed over the weekend. They didn't have a technician do it, the owner himself ended up doing the install just to satisfy this customer. He came out with a smile on his face, he was nice to my children, he was family oriented, and just so nice! I appreciated the quality of his work ethic in making things exact and doing it right. We were going to have a friend of a friend do our floors which would've saved us a little money, but I felt so much more secure that Ralph Opher Floors knew what they were doing. He's been doing it a lot of years, and this ended up being a labor of love. He never made it seem like a hardship and never complained. He loved doing what he's doing. more

Friendly and helpful 10/1/2013

Ralph Opfer Floors put in hardwood floor in our new house that we had purchased. They then put in carpeting in an existing home in a room where it needed to be replaced. They turned a bad situation into a good one! 9/26/2013

When I began looking for flooring, I didn't even know what I was looking for. The staff at Ralph Opfer Floors was very helpful and made the process very easy for me. I purchased flooring for them, and they sent the contractor over for the installation. When the job was complete, I noticed some indentation. It wasn't a very good finish because of the grooves in my floor, so I called them up, and they came over to have a look. They ended up upgrading my selection, removing the original floors, and installing a completely new floor. This all happened in a matter of just three days. They were so reliable. In fact, I'm going to have them put in some new carpeting in the springtime! more
