I am happy with product from Ralph Opfer Floors. But, I'm mostly happy with their service, because there were a couple of hiccups. We were going into a holiday and something should have been ordered, but they hadn't been notified that the company where they get carpets was out of stock. Stuff happens, and I understand, but it pushed us back a little bit. There could have been a back up for Lynn who could have caught the problem. This was just a little issue; I can't recall other incidents. Otherwise, they're willing to help, have good recommendations, and product is good. Every time I've called with an issue or question it has been mostly positive. Lynn works very hard and it's only in the administrative side where they need some tightening; stuff can fall through the crack once in a while.
