Ralph Opfer Floors helped us narrow down some samples of laminate flooring to take home for a couple of weeks, no pressure. They had a nice family atmosphere right when we walked in and we felt very comfortable. They were very helpful.
The estimate we got from them was fair. They bent over backwards to get it to us in a timely manner. It was delivered and installed over the weekend. They didn't have a technician do it, the owner himself ended up doing the install just to satisfy this customer.
He came out with a smile on his face, he was nice to my children, he was family oriented, and just so nice! I appreciated the quality of his work ethic in making things exact and doing it right.
We were going to have a friend of a friend do our floors which would've saved us a little money, but I felt so much more secure that Ralph Opher Floors knew what they were doing. He's been doing it a lot of years, and this ended up being a labor of love. He never made it seem like a hardship and never complained. He loved doing what he's doing.
