Ralph Messina Appliance Svc

I have a service contract through GE to repair my appliances. I have all viking appliances, and it was my microwave that malfunctioned. GE automatically paired me with Ralph Messina to come out and repair it. Long story short, they picked up my microwave on march 9th, and they did not return it until may 8th. During that time they did not call me to ever let me know what was going on. We have had our appliances repaired many times before by other appliance companies and it took them 2 weeeks tops to repair. I had to threaten the secretary that I would repot them to GE; It didnt matter. The secretary is like talking to a wall, she either doesnt know anything, or doesnt care. Terrible customer service from her. Its like buying a used car from the Ghetto. By the way since their return of the microwave it still does not work. more

I had Messsina appliance out to my house to fix my washer previously (in 2010) and they were prompt, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I looked forward to hiring them again when my washer had another problem. HOWEVER...Something has drastically changed. In the first place, good luck getting them to answer the phone. When I finally did reach them and sceduled a visit (for 9am to 1pm) and we still hadn't heard a peep after 1pm I called them. When the repairman called he let us know he was at least 2 hours out, likely 3 (It was 1:40 by now). We had scheduled our entire day around this visit and they never let us know they could not make the scheduled window. I called another handyman and had them at the house in 20 minutes and he fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Needless to say, they are fired. I will remove their stickers from my machines and use my new company from now on. more
