I had Messsina appliance out to my house to fix my washer previously (in 2010) and they were prompt, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I looked forward to hiring them again when my washer had another problem.
HOWEVER...Something has drastically changed. In the first place, good luck getting them to answer the phone. When I finally did reach them and sceduled a visit (for 9am to 1pm) and we still hadn't heard a peep after 1pm I called them. When the repairman called he let us know he was at least 2 hours out, likely 3 (It was 1:40 by now). We had scheduled our entire day around this visit and they never let us know they could not make the scheduled window. I called another handyman and had them at the house in 20 minutes and he fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Needless to say, they are fired. I will remove their stickers from my machines and use my new company from now on.
