Ralph Hayes Toyota

I bought a Used Yaris from Ralph Hayes. To begin with I looked on the internet and got a preapproval prior to coming in. Well after I got it a salesman called me several times ( which was fine) and expected. It took me a bit over a week to finally come in. Well in the interm the initial salesman stopped calling and another guy called. I was going to go as I had my credit preapproved to speed up the process. Well when I got there a very nice salesman approached I told him I had been online and have an approval and we proceeded to find a car. Well in the midst of this the manager comes and sits us in an empty office and tells me that I have to use the original salesman ( the guy that called me 1x) To which I said he did no work on my account and I would rather stick with this guy. He said no and told me I had already been there 0.o (which I had not) So enter the NEW salesman. This guy was clueless and I asked one question about the car and he never even answered me. James Johnson was my service writer and I was very happy with how he handled my service visit. I would not have expected anything less. His uncle, Johny Johnson, cared for the first Toyota (Camry) I ever owned. I purcheased it used from a family member and Johny took such good care of me and my Camry, that I have since bought three more Toyotas (2 form RHT). James is a tribute to both the Johnson family and the RHT family. I have taken my son's car to the local Nissan dealership for maintenance work and would never buy a car there due to my service department experience. Completely the opposite of my RHT experience. Your service department led me to purchase my vehicles at RHT. more

Extremely fast service (oil change) and I even came at 5:30 when they close at 6 and they did not get upset. I have been very happy with the Service Department at Ralph Hayes Toyota... much better than one of the ""other"" dealerships gave me... right down the road. more

We purchased our used camry from ralph hayes toyota we were treated with the utmost repect and honesty the purchase was transparent from beginning to end they gave us a great value on our trade wich is almost unheard of in these times we shopped at both toyota stores in greenville and easley where we live we felt we were given the run around we also have had our service work done at ralph hayes toyota for several years they alway treat us great !!! One of the things we like best is you always see the same faces which is also unheard of in these times at automobile dealerships they usually have alot of turn over we will continue to do business with ralph hayes toyota even though we live 30 miles away they have always treated us as though we lived next door more

we were stranded on the interstate on our way to nj we contacted ralph hayes toyota they promptly had our car towed in they looked at the vehicle and quickly diagnoised the problem as a poor connection at the positive battery terminal and quickly got us on our way with little cost and less hassel they could of just as easily taken advantage of us they really treated us with great care and honesty we will reccommend them to all of our friends and family more

Avoid the service department at Ralph Hayes Toyota like the plague. Pros: TV in waiting room. Cons: service department will con you. more

We bought our Toyota Tacoma from Ralph Hayes about a year ago. They helped us get what we wanted. We were paying cash so they were willing to come down on the price of a brand new one. We got a brand new truck and we only paid a used car price. The salesman were not pushy that is the reason we bought from them. more

Ralph Hayes Toyota really needs to teach their salesman about personality. They were all very rude to us. It seemed like they were only there for the money instead of making the customers happy. We were there a total of 5 minutes and were surrounded by 3 different salesman. more
