James Johnson was my service writer and I was very happy with how he handled my service visit. I would not have expected anything less. His uncle, Johny Johnson, cared for the first Toyota (Camry) I ever owned. I purcheased it used from a family member and Johny took such good care of me and my Camry, that I have since bought three more Toyotas (2 form RHT). James is a tribute to both the Johnson family and the RHT family. I have taken my son's car to the local Nissan dealership for maintenance work and would never buy a car there due to my service department experience. Completely the opposite of my RHT experience. Your service department led me to purchase my vehicles at RHT.
