Had system installed couple years ago, and have had nothing but problems since. I found out that they used two types of heads in the same zone that is not suppose to be mixed, mps and spray nozzles. No head in the entire yard had check valves, keeps water from draining out of heads and the strip along sidewalk had heads that sprayed too far or not far enough, and i even when i questioned that afterwards i was told it was the best coverage for those ODD spots. Well come to find out they make specific heads for those ODD spots. I found all this out from a real professional at John Deere Landscaping. This man in particular is very good at acting like he knows what he is talking about, and at first I believed he knew what he was talking about, but now I just hope no one is really that ignorant. Everyone I ever spoke too in the office was very nice and responsive to my problems, but how can you hire someone with such little experience and put them in charge of a job. I just hope this guy doesn't actually believe he is good at his job. more

Rainy Days recently installed an irrigation system for us and updated our landscaping. Seth was wonderful to work with in designing the landscape changes and bringing them to life - he was collaborative and creative. These people are shady and rude they will tell you they did a job and did not do it, they told us they replaced heads and they in fact had not. My husband the following year set them up and asked if they did something to the back flow they said yeas and charged us mean while we had did our own service .. STAY AWAY FROM THESES PEOPLE THEY ARE SHADY AND RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Had new sod installed and needed our underground irrigation system fixed, so I called Rainy Days Irrigation and during my initial call to them told them we had a greywater irrigation system that needed to be repaired. The day Rainy Days was to come out I called to confirm appt and was told they were sending 2 technicians (why? to charge more?) but that the company had capped their time on site at 2.5 hours each. I requested a limit of $300 total since this was exploratory. After the technicians came out they determined that the system was a greywater system and they could not repair it because it was illegal to use a greywater system for irrigation purposes. Since I told Rainy Days this was a greywater system during my first call, they should have told me right then they couldn't repair the system. On top of that, the techs were at my house for 45 minutes but charged me 1.25 hours of time for each tech because they [supposedly] charge clients travel time from their last job. I had to pay Rainy Days over $200 to fix a system they *knew* they couldn't legally repair before they came out for the service call. WATCH OUT for this company. more

We hired Barefoot and Associates in Smithfield for our new (sod) lawn and landscaping. They lead us to Rainy Days Irrigation for our sprinkler system covering almost an acre.
