Excellent Customer Service 3/29/2012

Rainbow Engraving is the best! I am a busy coach, and whenever I need trophies or medals I can email the friendly staff and ask them to ""take care of things"" for me. The trophies and medals are great quality, everything is always perfect, and even when I leave things for the last minute, the staff makes every effort to help me get what I need ready on time. Best of all, when I don't know what I want, Rainbow's advice is always spot-on and economical. Thank you Rainbow for your honesty and assistance. more

Great product and customer service 12/14/2011

I have always had a great experience with Rainbow. Their products are always of very high quality and their customer service is top notch. I purchased some holiday items and they were ready ahead of schedule. This is an experienced family business that is knowledgeable about their products and the layout and design. Great Family Business 11/21/2011

I feel the need to comment on the negative review! Rainbow has been around for over 33+ years and we go out of our way for our customers! Just Saturday the 19th I was in catching up paperwork and a coach came by from Strawberry Crest wanted to order, we were closed but I let him in....., we get calls after hours at home people forget to pick things up and we meet them so they can get what they need. Customers forgetting to order what they need and we JUMP through hoops to get things done in sometimes a couple of hours so they do not go without. Rudeness can be construed sometimes for matter of fact. It goes without saying that I feel terrible that Pulte had a bad experience and would love the opportunity for a second chance. EVERYONE deserves a second chance. Talk to someone else next time....... more

Sam from rainbow engraving was the worst person to talk to. Every question I asked about buying something from their company she had an attitude about. I work for a large corporation and we buy items all the time, we definitely put them on our DO NOT USE LIST. how rude she was, when asked about why she was answering very rudely, she said im not, im just answering you. customer service rule number 1- be kind and maybe you will get business. more
