Sam from rainbow engraving was the worst person to talk to. Every question I asked about buying something from their company she had an attitude about.
I work for a large corporation and we buy items all the time, we definitely put them on our DO NOT USE LIST.
how rude she was, when asked about why she was answering very rudely, she said im not, im just answering you.
customer service rule number 1- be kind and maybe you will get business.
