Radiance Salon & Day Spa

I've been going to this salon for years but I've just started writing reviews for all of my favorite places so here it goes. I don't care much for the day spa enviornment but the down to earth girls that work at this place are great. There is a great gal that works the front desk who always makes me laugh while I'm waiting. Tiffany Miller has done my hair for close to 8 or 9 years now so it goes without saying that I love her and think of her as another daughter. I just had my first Shellac manicure at Radiance Salon and Spa!! This new product for natural nails is AMAZING and I have been trying to find someone to do it for months!! My polish stayed on my nails for over 2 weeks. I can't believe it since polish usually lasts only a few days before it all chips off. I found Radiance on the Shellac website and a manicurist Tracy Caster was listed. She did an awesome job and answered all of my questions. She was very informative about the product. It's a bit more than a regular mani, about $35 but so worth it. I don't ususally write reviews but I wanted the whole world to know about this stuff! more

I agree with the above poster about Tracy Caster. I specifically came into Radiance and asked for her because of her review, and man was that review spot-on! I also brought a friend with me, and she got Jen Z., who was awsome also. Those girls had us in stitches the whole time, and we both agreed that was the best pedicure we ever had. I just moved to Fernley and tried a few salons out there with horrible luck. The last experience I had was terrible and I was in serious need of some emergency help. I called Radiance about a month ago and I believe I talked to the owner who said that Tiffany Miller did her hair. I was reluctant to try someone new yet again but decided it couldnt be worse than what I had. So, I came in and had a color appointment with Tiffany to fix the mess that I had. She was very sweet and knowledgable. I can tell within a few minutes if someone is good at hair and I felt totally comfortable with her. She did an amazing job on my hair and was even able to leave the length long which I was so scared of losing. I would refer her to all of my friends and family and I will be a client for a loooong time. The salon is beautiful and very easy to find. I'm glad that I tried it and that I trusted the advice from the owner. Thanks again Tiffany, see you in a few weeks. Pros: Beautiful and easy to find. I'm new to the area and made an appointment with Margauite for a mens haircut after reading her reviews here. I wasn't disappointed she did a great job cutting my hair and was good company during the service. She's been very consistent in the following Appointments, and Im sure to be a long time client of hers! more

I have never written a review on anyone, but I would like to say that Maria Rosol the massage therapist at Radiance is the BEST! You will never want to see anyone else after you have had a massage by her. I honestly have been a new person since I had just 1 session with her, she is sweet kind and has a passion for her job. So treat yourself and make a appointment with her. Also Tania Davis who is a hairstylist there does the best color! Pros: Maria Cons: That I can't afford her more!!! more
