I just moved to Fernley and tried a few salons out there with horrible luck. The last experience I had was terrible and I was in serious need of some emergency help. I called Radiance about a month ago and I believe I talked to the owner who said that Tiffany Miller did her hair. I was reluctant to try someone new yet again but decided it couldnt be worse than what I had. So, I came in and had a color appointment with Tiffany to fix the mess that I had. She was very sweet and knowledgable. I can tell within a few minutes if someone is good at hair and I felt totally comfortable with her. She did an amazing job on my hair and was even able to leave the length long which I was so scared of losing. I would refer her to all of my friends and family and I will be a client for a loooong time. The salon is beautiful and very easy to find. I'm glad that I tried it and that I trusted the advice from the owner. Thanks again Tiffany, see you in a few weeks.
Pros: Beautiful and easy to find. Staff is friendly
Cons: That they arent in Fernley!!
