Trustworthy Car Care 4/12/2015

We took our van in because it was making a loud rattling noise and expected the worst. Turned out all we needed was a clamp for a loose shield under the car. Another car place could have told us we needed this and that just to make money, but they just fixed what was actually needed and were honest with us. We totally trust this place with our cars. more

Dealership quality service that comes with the same price tag! Very fast turn around time, very professional, genuine manufacturer parts, great customer service, lifetime warranties. But, not the place to go if youre on a budget. more

Honest and Efficient 4/11/2015

Rob and the rest of the Rad Air team seem very honest and are great at doing what is asked of them and keeping you updated on things you may need fixed in the future. I love that they work quickly and have loaner cars available for longer jobs. My most recent time here I ended up spending considerably more than usual due to winter wear and tear. The next day I got an email with a deal that would save $15 on every $100 spent. I called Rob and explained the situation and he was able to honor this for me. This business knows how to keep customers happy. Keep it up, fellas. more

Being treated like a family member. 1/30/2015

Being a widow makes it difficult finding someone to trust. Especially when it pertains to automobile repairs. I feel I've found someone to trust in Rob. I feel special when I take my car in for an oil change or for repairs. He and his team go above and beyond "routine" service whenever I need them. more
