Chevy S10 Tranny Repair 4/27/2014

I had taken my truck to Conrad's as I had done forever. They said they couldn't repair my transmission because they didn't have the proper tools. They returned the truck to me with the "Service Engine" light displayed. I chose this Rad Air based on my subscription to AAA. I made an appointment with Mike for the following day at 8am. He called me at 1030am with the problem, solution and estimate. He called me again at 530pm saying my truck was repaired. I experienced GENUINE courtesy and respect from Mike. Goodbye Conrad's. more

So far on any service that I have had all are done great and if I have a problem I can take it right back and everything is corrected which has only happened once and it may not have been something that they fixed but got me back in right away. I would like to receive coupons in the mail which I don't receive or in a email. more

When it won't start or won't stop 3/17/2014

When my car won't start, I knew it was going to RadAir. When its brakes where a bit "grabby", I knew it was going to Rad Air. Why? Because I trust Rad Air for everything on my old car. They fix it right. And get cookies and peace of mind. more

transmission issues Ford Explorer 3/11/2014

After having the transmission on my Ford Explorer rebuilt thru Rad Air I had six repeated issues with the transmission and every time Rad Air resolved the issues. A very exhausting warranty repair for both Rad Air and myself but in the end they stuck with it and made good on their warranty claims so I give them high marks and Rob at the Parma Hts. location could not have been better to work with. more

I have to return...the repair didn't fix the issue to ABS warning light 2/10/2014

Good Thing / Bad thing... They hurried to get me out on time but after 3 hours the truck was supposedly fixed. I started my truck up and the same ABS warning light came on. It has came on off and on since the repair. Now I need to return it for repair and more time loss to me. more
