I received a gift of sunflowers from a friend sent from Rachel's. Almost immediately after receiving them, they began drooping, so I telephoned Rachel's and spoke with the owner. He blamed my friend's choice of flowers, saying the flowers had just come in, then told me to put them in the bathtub to absorb water. I did so, but they perked up only slightly and very quickly drooped again. So the flowers in question were nothing but trouble to me and expense to my friend without value. Needless to say, I did not complain to her as she had done everything possible to send me a nice present, but I vowed never to use Rachel's again ever. The only reason I gave Rachel's one star is that I had previously bought outdoor concrete items there for my garden which I liked.
