RS Seamless Gutter Company, Inc.

Based on our experience so far with Navin UPpal and RS Seamless Gutters I strongly suggest anyone to STAY AWAY from doing business with them. Navin Uppal came to our house on March 7, 2021 and sold us on an under decking job after Navin stated the work should be completed within 4 weeks. He gladly took the 50% deposit and cashed it immediately. At end of April, Navin stated supplier issues have delayed the project 4 weeks. End of May Navin stated a new measurement was needed, and it will be done SOON. Early June we filed a complaint with Mn State Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. Navin responded to each of these entities inquiries in mid June that the work would be completed within 4 weeks. It is now end of September 2021 and no work has been completed. We have requested that we want our deposit returned of which Navin ignores. Navin is very poor at responding to emails, text messages and phone calls. In the event that he does respond, he will give out construction dates that are never met, or he will say delays are because weather is too hot, poor air quality or medical reasons. Based upon this experience so far, I strongly recommend people to STAY AWAY from Navin Uppal and RS Seamless Gutters. more

I gave contract to RS Seamless (Naveen) to install gutters at my home on 5/30/2020 and paid $775 upfront and told me it would take 4-6 weeks to fulfill the order. Naveen was proactive to cash the check the very next day. I called him on 7/7/2020 and then he realized that it has already been 5 weeks. He tells me that by July end he will be able to install the gutters. I called him again on 8/7/2020 and he had all these stories of winds being too strong and labor not being available. He then said he will get work done in next 2 weeks or refund the money. So nothing happens for next two weeks too and on 08/25/2020, I asked him for a refund. He said that I need to write up an email promising to not write a bad review on any website and also state in the email that I am not dissatisfied with the service otherwise no refund. I have 2 other friends who signed up with RS on the same day to install gutters and they all have faced the same issue. more

First, the company gave me an "incredible deal" for $1798 it put gutters on our Sinclair. It seemed reasonable, and I felt empathy for the toothless salesman, which was my first mistake. The salesman told me the company had the perfect color match and showed me the color, and I thought we were good to go. After installation, we realized the color was really yellow and did not match at all. The owner came out and claimed that we had a "verbal agreement" to change the color, even though he knew it didn't match. He said that the salesman had been fired and gave us a deal for $200 less than he was allowed to. He then said that if we wanted the right color we would need to pay $400 more. We were not happy but told him via text that was fine. He never responded, so we assumed he forgot about it, and at this point we didn't care. TWO MONTHS later, our dog walker tells me that there were people at my house taking down my gutters; she asked if they were supposed to be there. He never even communicated that they were coming, so NO they were not supposed to be there. Then he shows up on my driveway tonight, telling me he needs the $400 to pay his workers or else he will put a lien on my house. He claims he has called "several times" (no record of this either). This is a very long story to say, if you are considering gutters STAY AWAY FROM RS gutters. Service is poor and unprofessional. more

RS Seamless did an excellent job adding gutters to our house. When we remodelled several years ago, we took all the gutters off of our house. When we began to have some water problems, RS Seamless replaced the gutters on our entire house. We have a good sized home with a 3,000+ sq. ft. foundation. RS Seamless matched the color of our fascia so we would not have to paint the gutters after the work was complete. The quality and workmanship was first rate. I would definately recommend them. more
