not sure of the techs name. Brenda was home at the time and didn't remember. we didn't receive an invoice since it was a warranty repair. we had intermittent issues with the heat pump not heating. the thermostat was repaired and thee service was timely and professional more

Hurley Redd 3/23/2018

Hurley provided great service to my furnace problem by diagnosing the problem to the control board, had the part replaced under 10 year warranty the next day. The furnace seems to be back to normal operation. Hurley was attentive to my furnace situation and very personable to interact with. more

Spring Maintenance and Service 3/22/2018

Great People, Great Service 2/27/2018

We've used R&S for a number of years now and they are great to work with. They are professional, timely and honest. They also stand by their work and treat their customers like family. We've gotten to know them over the past few years and it's great to see the same familiar faces every time we get our AC units serviced. I would highly recommend this company! more
