Thorough, professional and courteous 3/30/2017

R&S Mechanical sent Kenna M for our spring maintenance on our HVAC units. Kenna was on time and very courteous. He was very thorough in checking both units and brought to our attention a small problem that was readily fixed. We've used R&S Mechanical for several years now and been very pleased with their responsiveness, communications and customer service. Their technicians have been excellent just as Kenna was at this appointment. more

Kenna serviced my heat/ac unit and found what was causing white flakes to come out of all my registers and was able to rectify the problem. He was very competent, friendly and respectful and I will request him for future service visits. more

Jordy came to my house in Cary earlier today for a maintenance checkup of the heating system. He was extremely thorough and discovered errors in the system setup that previous companies had overlooked. He explained what he was doing, the results, and items to be aware of. Customer Service 10/17/2016

We wanted to make sure our heating unit was in good condition before we needed to use it. The technician was excellent. He told us what he was going to do and even discovered a problem and repaired it today! He explained everything and shared information about the thermostat. After suffering without air overnight, they came out when they said they would, fixed my issue without me feeling like I was overcharge. As a result, I purchased there maintenance package. more

Great experience with R and S Mechanical 7/20/2016

Our AC went out yesterday, naturally one of the hottest days of the year. R and S scheduled us right away and Jordy replaced the motor in our unit. He was polite, professional, timely, and explained everything that he was doing. Problem was fixed immediately. Great service! more

HVAC Service 6/2/2016

Dean came to my town home today after I noticed my HVAC fan wasn't running nor blowing air. He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner, right in the middle of the hottest week of the summer thus far. After an hour of work, I am cooling off, and fully satisfied with the work Dean did. I would highly recommend R&S for your HVAC needs. more
