From the first call with Rosa to the final install of our new heater, this company was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, explained everyting very well. They were recommended to me after a bad experience with another Mechanical contactor, I should have called R&R first. more

Here's the whole story: I'm from Seattle, and I own a house in Philadelphia. I wanted to get a new furnace and a new hot water heater from R&R Mechanical Services at the same time. We had a mix-up in May when I was trying to set things up to get it done. I think we just misunderstood each other, plus I only had a window of time when I was in Philadelphia. So, I had to reschedule everything to just before the remodeling work on the house this month. R&R did the furnace and cleaning of the vents. They were respectful, helpful, and very good overall. I would definitely recommend them. It started out poorly just because of the misunderstanding, but we really wanted them because they were recommended by a good friend. It turned out alright in the end. I would certainly use them again. more

I talked to Rosa on the phone today. She was very patient with me. She explained financing to me. I asked her to explain like three times. Very nice, she did not rush me off the phone and got me an appointment quickly. more

R&R Mechanical Services has done all the A/C and heating work in my home. They also installed a tankless water heater for me. They have been very professional and worked through any tough job I've provided them with. more

The serviceman was professional and courteous. They ordered the replacement part and the heater was repaired in two days from when I called. more

I've been working with R&R for approximately two years now. They've done some major work for us in a rehab building, in terms of doing fit outs for commercial tenants, as well as some smaller jobs. They have been right on target with estimates on start and finish time. They are reliable 100 of the time. If there is a product malfunction or concern, they are right there on the spot. Their prices have been competitive the whole way, they do not gouge you with price. more

I have an HVAC system in my house which we've had a lot of trouble with. It was installed before we moved in, and at the beginning, it was difficult to find someone who could service it. I tried several different companies before finding R&R Mechanical Services. They all supposedly specialized in high velocity air conditioners, but only R&R proved to be competent. This past summer, we had a big problem with the air conditioner and they ended up finding that there was a problem with the original installation. They were real troopers about it. At one point, we were on vacation and I just left my house key with them. By the time we got back, they had our air conditioner up and running better than ever. I trust them and I like that they are a family-run operation. We've been with them for so long that they feel like family members. more

They've done different services for my home, and business I am in charge of. They did air conditioning, heating and a few other things. They come on time, and follow up on the units. I have nothing but good stuff to say about them. I've been dealing with them now for a while, around 6 years. more

R&R Mechanical Services has done several different things for me. I have multiple properties in the area and they have done radiator fillings, replaced expansion tanks, replaced cast iron pipes, installed thermostats, and they do the annual check-ups for the systems. Recently, they installed three new gas systems - one air and two hot water. I am very happy with their service. They always go above and beyond for me. Any time I call, Rosa pleasantly answers the phone. I usually see Ramon every winter, since he will come out and do work himself. The people at this company are very pleasant to deal with and they are very communicative. more

I am in the landlord/tenant business and for our properties we have an American Home Shield home warranty. When you buy a warranty from them they have good contractors and bad contractors, some rated 5 and some rated 1. Whenever I call with a problem, I will only have R&R come out and fix it. If they aren't available and they try to give me another contractor, I will cancel the request and wait until R&R are available. Whether it is for heating, air conditioner or a heater in a pool we always use R&R. more

I only wish that ALL contracting services were like R & R Mechanical. The owner (Ramon), the office manager (Rosa) and ALL the techs are HONEST, knowledgable, efficient, professional, polite and clearly KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They arrive when they say they will and give it to you straight up whether nothing is wrong (they don't "find something wrong" when there's not) or if there is an issue or problem they do everything to make it right without killing you on repairs and price. They go the extra mile to work with you on repairs within your budget and always give you the "real deal" before the work is contracted, in other words no hidden costs along the way or after the fact. It is a pleasure and a relief to work with such a honest, up standing and honorable company. I use R & R for all of my HVAC needs personally (my own home) and at my business (office).
